Ananth Mahadevan to make a reprised national anthem

No it's not just another promotional gig. Ananth Mahadevan truly believes that stories like 'Gour Hari Dastaan' should be recognized and celebrated. On the occasion of upcoming Independence Day the director plans on releasing a national anthem recognizing the heroes who are alive.

He plans to rope in people who have contributed to freedom struggle in some way or the other. The anthem will start with a tribute to the fan who designed the national flag of India followed by Gour Hari Dasji dedicating a messages to all the unsung heroes.

'Gour Hari Dastaan' directed by Ananth Mahadevan is scheduled to release in India on 14th August, 2015.
