Hyderabad police have filed an FIR against 25 celebrities and social media influencers for allegedly endorsing illegal betting apps. According to the complaint, these celebrities encouraged people to invest their earnings in these apps, resulting in financial losses.
The FIR also includes the name of actress Ananya Nagalla. Reacting to the controversy, she questioned the legality of such promotions in her Instagram story, saying, "If a government property like Hyderabad Metro is promoting these apps, how do we know it is illegal?"
