After delivering a regional industry hit with Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, director Anil Ravipudi is gearing up for another exciting project. He is all set to team up with Megastar Chiranjeevi for an upcoming project. Today, Anil revealed that the final script narration has been done and with Chiru's approval, it has been locked too.

Taking it to social media, Anil tweeted that the final script narration is done and locked. "I introduced my story's character, 'Shankar Vara Prasad' to Chiranjeevi garu. He loved and enjoyed it thoroughly. Soon, we will be starting to kickstart the project," he tweeted. With this statement, Anil revealed that Chiranjeevi will play the role named Shankar Vara Prasad in this movie, which also happens to be his original name Shiva Shankara Vara Prasad.

This is the first project in the collaboration of Anil and Chiru. Due to Anil's 100% success record, there are high expectations for this film. Also, it has been a long time since we saw the complete comedy side of Chiranjeevi, and fans are hoping to see Anil unleash that side of Chiru in this movie.

The pre-production works will begin soon. The project is aiming for a Sankranthi 2026 release. Shine Screens and Gold Box Entertainment will jointly bankroll the film. More details about this project will be announced soon.
