Thala`s birthday on May 1st was a grand affair with his fans celebrating by propagating Ajith`s social awareness programs and many celebrity friends wishing Thala by phone and through social media.

Anirudh, the music director of Thala 56` which is directed by Sirutha Siva and has Ajith, Shruthi Haasan, Lakshmi Menon, Santhanam and Soori in the cast,gave the Ultimate star a unique b`day.
