Anirudh wins an award

Young and happening composer Anirudh has bagged the Social Media Icon award at the Global Mobile Apps Summit & Awards held recently. The 'Why this kolaveri...' maker is so happy about it.

He posted on his online page: "Thank you GMASA for honouring me with the 'Social Media Icon' award. This honour actually belongs to all."

Anirudh is also happy that songs of his latest venture 'Maari', which were released a few days ago, are getting good response from the audience and the critics.

At present, he is busy with a slew of projects, including Vijay Sethupathi-starrer 'Naanum Rowdy Thaan', Dhanush-Velraj's next film after 'VIP' and 'Aako'.
