Anjali Back in a Role She Excels In

Fans in recent times have got used to seeing the glamorous Anjali in films like Kalakalappu' , Settai', Singam 2' and the recent Sakalakalavallavan'. But her strength lies in doing roles of substance like Kattradhu Tamil', Angaadi Theru' and Engeyum Eppodhum' for which she was well received by audiences and praised by critics.
Anjali's next release is Mapla Singam' with Vemal in which she again plays a rural glamorous character but in Karthick Subbaraj's Iraivi' in which she is paired opposite Vijay Sethupathi, Anjali is said to have a meaty role which has very much scope for acting and insiders say that this will be one of the best characters she has portrayed till date.
