Anjali goes the glamour way

Anjali, who impressed everyone playing performance oriented roles in 'Kattradhu Thamizh' and 'Angadi Theru', goes the glamour way. She recently appeared for a song in 'Maharaja' opposite Sathya in skimpy costumes.
Produced by J Ravi and directed by D Manoharan, the movie features Nasser, Anitha, M S Viswanathan, Saranya and Karunaas in key roles.
Says Anjali: I am happy and thrilled with the success of ÂAngadi TheruÂ. ÂMaharaja will showcase me in different light. I have tried comedy in the movie.
On taking to glamour, she says, It is a part of the story and I did what the script wanted. Interestingly, Anitha who entered the tinsel town with 'Samurai' opposite Vikram is now geared up for her next innings with this movie. 'Maharaja' will have Anitha shaking legs with Nasser for an item dance.
