Vikram starrer Anniyan being directed by Shankar has been insured for a whopping Rs 29 crore by its producer Oscar Ravichandran. Bollywood star Aamir Khan's The Rising has been insured for Rs 33 crore. Anniyan, the mega-budget movie, has almost almost been completed and will be released in theatres this Deepavali.

Vikram is on cloud nine now having bagged the national award for best actor for his performance in Pithamagan
