Tollywood actor Sharwanand known among Tamil audience for acting in several well known movies such as the critically acclaimed hit Engeyum Eppothum, the Cheran directorial JK Enum Nanbanin Vaazhkai is returning to Tamil with a bilingual.

It was announced recently that this upcoming Tamil - Telugu bilngual has been titled as Maha Samudram and is directed Ajay Bhupati who debuted with the Telugu superhit RX 100. This movie will also have actor Siddharth in an important role.

While it was announced that Kaatru Veliyidai, Chekka Chivantha Vaanam fame Aditi Rao Hydari will play the female lead, now it has been officially announced that Anu Emmanuel will play another female lead in Maha Samudram. Maha Samudram is bankrolled by AK Entertainments.
