Anushka, Amala, Ooty

Director Vijay of ÂMadrasapattinam fame has started shooting his next project, which has Vikram in the lead role, in Ooty. ÂThe title is not ÂDeivamagan as reported by a section of the media. I am looking for a much apt title, he says.
Confirming that he has roped in Anushka and Amala Pal (of ÂSindu Samaveli and ÂMynaa fame) for the film, the director says, ÂBoth of them will be joining the unit soon.Â
On the movie, he says, ÂI canÂt say much about the storyline at this point of time. But all that I can say is this is going to be an important film for everone who are part of it. Vikram has been doing a lot of hardwork.Â
The movie is said to be loosely based on Sean PennÂs blockbuster ÂI Am Sam and Anushka has signed to play the female lead. Sources say Amala will be playing VikramÂs wife in the movie in a flashback segment.
