Anushka's 'Varna' Getting Record Release on 22nd November

We reported the huge hoarding that was erected at Silpa Kala Vedika X Roads exemplifying the following she has, on par with many young heroes in Tollywood. It was evident by the way she was responded to in the audio launch event of 'Varna' by PVP, directed by Selva Raghavan. Anushka, the warrior beauty was hailed as the new 'Andhra Amitabh' and the 'Lady Superstar' of South India.

Reports are coming in establishing that her status is well meant. 'Varna' is being released in as many as 1250 screens across the world, which is a record for any female oriented film. The film's Telugu version is released in 400 theaters in AP, Tamil version in 350 screens in TN, 60 screens in Kerala, 120 theaters in the North India and 250 screens overseas.

The film is being released on the 22nd November and is getting censored today in Telugu while the film is certified 'U' in Tamil.
