AP govt appoints Vijay Chander as APFDC Chairman

The government of Andhra Pradesh has appointed veteran actor Vijay Chander as the Chairman of Andhra Pradesh State Film Television and Theatre Development Corporation Limited. The appointment has taken place with immediate effect.

Telidevara Sri Vijay Chander, who played the roles of Shirdi Sai Baba and Jesus Christ to much glory in his heyday in cinema, has been associated with the ruling YCP since its inception. He has always been in the good books of Jaganmohan Reddy.
