Anybody who has seen the promos of Aparichithudu cannot but lick his hands in anticipation of the real thing. The visuals are the most stunning and splendid in recent times.

It seems Shankar, the whiz director, who has given some of the most technically advanced films in recent times, seems to have done it again.

And the national award winner Vikram looks an able ally in what promises to be mind-blowing entertainer. Shankar's movies normally have all commercial elements including humour, glamour, action and emotion besides a strong message. In Aparichithudu too, he has dealt on rooting out corruption.

Both Shankar and Vikram have huge appeal in Telugu and there is a groundswell of expectation for the film. The film's audio has already been released and Harris Jayaraj's music has been a bit of a revelation for the Telugu audiences.

Laxmi Ganapathi Films produces the film in Telugu and the film is expected to be released around June 17th.

Vikram has sported several get-ups for the film and has waited for one year in completing this project. He is said to be playing three kind of characters in the film. But like in most Shankar's films, details are hard to come by in this case. And that is adding to the allure and excitement.

For the heroine, Sada, this is perhaps the most important film of her career.

"It is a fantastic story with typical Shankar treatment," she says tersely. She is said to play a typical Brahmin girl in the film.

It will be a gritty entertainer on a never-before seen level, say insiders.

So, stay tuned for a Hollywood-like extravaganza. Shankar and Vikram have never let their fans down.
