AR Rahman for Hockey World Cup!

Every Indian dreams of the country winning the world title in our national sport hockey. The hockey world cup will begin this year from November 28 and continue until December 16. Sixteen nations including India will be competing for the title.

Academy Award-winning music composer AR Rahman is set to compose an anthem with beginning lines ‘Jai Hind Hind Jai India’ for the world cup. And noted lyricist Gulzar will be penning the lines. Gulzar has worked on hundreds of songs since 1957 and it’s expected that his lines for the anthem will be moving and inspirational as well.

After Jai Ho and Semmozhiyaana Tamil Mozhiyaam, this could be the sensational anthem that Rahman is gifting us!
