AR Rahman emotionally thanks people for prayers and messages!

Oscar award winning legendary music director AR Rahman is one of the busiest composers of the country, working on some of the biggest projects like the upcoming Maniratnam magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan.

AR Rahman had faced a huge loss last week, as his mother Kareema Begum passed away due to age related ailments, and fans and followers all over the world expressed their condolences. Besides on Rahman's 54th birthday, they showered wishes as well.

Now, AR Rahman posted a short note thanking all of them which read "Thank you for your prayers and condolence messages during this difficult time; I will forever remember your kindness and concern. May The Almighty bless you and let this be an amazing New Year."
