AR Rahman to debut in filmmaking with '99 Songs'

Fans of AR Rahman we have a good news for you all! Your music maestro who is known for his amazing works worldwide will soon be mesmerising us with his movie making interest. Seems like, Rahman is all set to venture into script writing and movie producing with his new movie 99 Songs'.

The posters first look is out and the picture is all poetic with two dancers in the air, hanging on by an airborne piano and flower petals making the title of the movie. Rahman, took to Facebook and unveiled the first poster.

The movie 99 Songs' will be a musical movie that will be penned by AR Rahman himself and produced by his own production company YM Movies. It will be directed by Vishwesh Krishnamoorthy, who is known for his TV docu-series The Dewarists'. So fans you have to wait a little as this movie 99 Songs' will hit screens in 2017.
