AR Reihana is Mollywood bound

Multi-faceted AR Reihana who is known for the playback singer, music composer and RJ in her will soon be debuting as a music composer in Malayalam! If sources are to be believed she will be composing tunes for Mollywood flick, ‘Manchotile Veedu’.

‘Manchotile Veedu’ will have five tracks and the project will be helmed by Sukumaran. Reihana shares a strong connection with Kerala and the Malayalam film industry as her father, RK Shekhar was a renowned musician in Mollywood and it may be mentioned, Sukumaran is a good friend of RK Shekhar.

She is the sister of renowned musician AR Rahman and is GV Prakash Kumar’s mommy dearest.

She composed tunes for a couple of Tamil films apart from lending her voice to a few tracks that include ‘Malle Malle…’ from ‘Chocolate’, ‘Balleilakka…’ from ‘Sivaji The Boss’ and ‘Kedakkari…’ from ‘Raavanan’.
