Football champion and Argentina captain Lionel Messi led his team into the Copa America final after defeating Colombia on penalties during the semi-final match of the tournament.
Fans across the world appreciated Messi for his dedication towards the game after a video of him playing with a bleeding ankle surfaced online. In the 55th minute of the game, a tackle by Colombia's Frank Fabra left Messi on the ground with a bleeding ankle. Despite the injury, Messi continued to play the game and ultimately led his team to victory after Argentina edged past 3 - 2 on penalties.
