Arjun & Alia reach out on '2 States' Teaser Poster

After making occasional buzz with its behind the stories, Â2 States is out with its first poster. The makers, UTV Motion Pictures, Nadiadwala Grandsons Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (NGEPL) and Dharma Productions, have released the teaser poster of the Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer.
Going by the first look, it hits what the movie has stored in for us. The tagline Â2 States - One Love also sums up the story. The film revolves around two lovers from culturally two different backgrounds - boy is Punjabi while girl is Tamilian - and the story revolves around the ups and downs they faced before getting happily married. Co-produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Karan Johar, Â2 StatesÂ, directed by Abhishek Varman, is an on-screen adaptation of Chetan BhagatÂs bestseller with same name. The story is done by the noted writer along with Sreerag Nambiar. The music is by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.
For the records, Abhishek is the son of ace art director R. Verman. He had worked earlier with Karan Johar in ÂMy Name Is Khan as well as the creative director of ÂStudent Of The YearÂ.
The film is slated to release on 18th April.
