Court order in regards to arresting Arjun in Sruthi Hariharan case

Last week.Sruthi Hariharan made the shocking sexual misconduct allegations against Action King Arjun during the filming of 'Nibunan'/'Vismaya' three years ago. An attempt to reconcile the differences between the two stars by KFCC failed and the actress lodged complaints against the veteran at the police station where an FIR was filed.

Arjun went to court seeking the quashing of the FIR and the case came up for hearing on Friday. The judge ordered that no arrest was necessary till the next hearing on November 14th as the incident happened three years ago. However the FIR was not quashed and the court has given permission to the Cubbon Park Police station to investigate.
