Arjun's director with 'Angadi Theru' hero

Remember Ilankannan, a former associate of Shankar. Ilankannan directed the Arjun starrer 'Ottran', which had Simran as the female lead.

Later he made movies like 'Kadhalna Summa Illai' and 'Om'. After a break, he is now back with a film titled 'Adithalam', which has Mahesh of 'Angadi Theru' fame as the hero.

The film is about construction workers, who give life to buildings. After working very hard to erect an edifice, they can't live in it even for a day, says Ilankannan.

I have tried to portray their feelings and emotions in Adithalam. The film has shaped up well and will hit the screens soon, he concludes.
