Looks like Arun Vijay has zeroed in a replacement for Prachi Desai, who is the news for 'unceremoniously' walking out of 'Thadayara Thaakka'. Talks are almost finalised with a Bollywood heroine. An official announcement will be made soon, sources say.

Meanwhile, a Delhi-based model Rahul Preethi Singh will also play an important role in the action-thriller, directed by Magizh Thirumeni of 'Mundhinam Partheney' fame. And shooting is expected to be resumed at the earliest.

A few days ago, irked about the sudden walk out of Prachi Desai from 'Thadayara Thaakka', the film's protagonist Arun Vijay and producers Feather Touch Entertainment sent a legal notice to the actress.

The notice sent to Prachi Desai alleged that she had forced the production house to incur huge losses due to her opting out of the movie. Besides asking her to return the signing amount, the notice said the production house was professional in its dealing from the very beginning.

In the legal notice, the production house had listed out all the losses that had been allegedly incurred due to her, besides asking her to return the signing amount.
