Aditi Balan stormed into Tamil cinema with the title role in 'Aruvi' a never before seen depiction of a bold woman. She won several Best Actress awards for the film including the Filmfare, Vijay, Vikatan, Norway and Edison. The choosy young talent rejected many scripts that did not excite her and has not been seen on screen for the past three years.
