Anushka is playing an obese girl in a Telugu - Tamil bilingual film titled 'Size Zero', which is being directed by K.Raghavendra Rao's son Prakash Kovelamudi.

Anushka has even put on weight for this role in the film. Actor Arya is playing a key role as Anushka's fitness consultant in the movie. Arya is a fitness freak in real life and he is said to have been helping the makers on the script giving them fitness tips. Arya and Anushka acted together earlier in 'Varna', which turned out to be a failure at the box-office.

Shruti Haasan plays a key role in this film and the Tamil version has been titled as 'Inji Iduppazhagi'.
