Acclaimed Tamil star Ashok Selvan and veteran actor Sarathkumar are coming together for the upcoming film called 'Por Thozhil'. Indiaglitz already updated you in this regard. Jointly produced by Applause Entertainment with E4 Experiments & Eprius Studio, debutant Vignesh Raja will be directing the movie.

Now, the official first-look poster and the release date of Por Thozhil are out. Top celebrities - Vijay Sethupathi, Gautham Menon and Venkat Prabhu launched the same on social media yesterday. Ashok Selvan and Sarathkumar play cops in this movie which is all set to hit the screens on May 9. The star cast also includes actress Nikhila Vimal.

The story revolves around a rookie cop and an experienced cop who set out to hunt a serial killer. Vignesh Raja, an engineer turned director, sounds very confident about the movie. Por Thozhil has a background score composed by Jakes Bejoy. Sreejith Sarang and Kalaiselvan Sivaji have handled the editing and cinematography.
