Ashu, who gained fame through TikTok and Dubsmash videos before making her mark on television and participating in Bigg Boss Telugu, shared an emotional video on her Instagram account.

In the video, Ashu is seen being prepared for surgery, with doctors visibly cutting her hair as part of the procedure. She appeared visibly emotional and in pain, but also strong and determined to fight through the process. The video also shows glimpses of her recovery after surgery.

Though she hasn't disclosed the exact medical reason for the surgery, Ashu wrote a heartfelt message:
