Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul make their relationship public

Athiya Shetty celebrated her 29th birthday this Friday and on the ocassion she made a public announcement about her personal life. She and cricketer KL Rahul are rumored to be in a relationship for quite some time now but they never commented on it before. However, on Friday, they made their relationship public.

Rahul took to Instagram to share couple of pics with Athiya and wrote, "Happy birthday my ❤️ @athiyashetty." The first picture was quite vibrant and it featured the couple sharing an adorable side hug. The other one had them sticking their tongues out for a goofy pose.

The couple often made headlines about their rumored relationship as they were spotted hanging out together several times. Rahul even mentioned Athiya as her partner in official BCCI documents related to the T20 World Cup. Athiya made her Bollywood debut with 2015 film 'Hero' and she was last seen alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the film 'Motichoor Chaknachoor'.
