Eleven X Review: The bilingual Tamil-Telugu crime thriller Eleven, directed by debutant Lokkesh Ajls, premiered in theaters today. Starring Naveen Chandra in the lead role with Reyaa Hari, who also co-produced the film with Ajmal Khan under the AR Entertainment banner, the film is gaining attention for its gripping police-procedural theme and pan-South Indian appeal.
The plot revolves around a seasoned police officer assigned to investigate a series of chilling serial murders. As the officer digs deeper, the case challenges both his expertise and principles, unfolding through tense investigations and unexpected twists. The storyline is designed to engage audiences who enjoy crime and mystery dramas.
The film includes a strong supporting cast with familiar names from both Tamil and Telugu cinema, such as Shashank, Abhirami, Riythvika, Dileepan, and Aadukalam Naren. Other cast members include Ravi Varma, Kireeti Damaraju, and Arjai.
Eleven also brings a solid technical team. Music is composed by D. Imman, with visuals handled by cinematographer Karthik Ashokan and editor N. B. Srikanth. Color grading was done by Red Chillies.color, with Tushar Jadhav as the colorist. The film's action scenes were directed by Phoenix Prabhu, and P.L. Subenthar took care of the art direction. Lyrics were penned by Kabilan, Vishnu Edavan, and Lokkesh Ajls, with tracks sung by Mano, Shruti Haasan, and Jonita Gandhi.
Distributed by AR Entertainment, Eleven has released in Tamil Nadu and Telugu-speaking states. Early reactions have started surfacing on social media, signaling growing interest in the film’s bilingual format and suspenseful storyline. With a relatively quiet box office weekend, Eleven could see a steady rise in viewership.
