Nandamuri Balakrishna as Alluri Seetharama Raju, the freedom fighter, looks convincing in the latest poster released by the makers of 'NTR: Kathanayakkudu'. When NT Rama Rao metamorphosed into the revolutionary in 'Major Chandrakanth' (for a song), it was a sight to behold. Balayya now essays some of the popular roles donned by his late father in the biopic.

As for others, Vidya Balan has a full-fledged role as Basavatharakam (NTR's wife) in the film. Directed Krish Jagarlamudi and dialogue writer Sai Madhav Burra are ensuring the best. MM Keeravani's music is out and it's just OK. VS Gnana Sekhar's cinematography is expected to be a highlight.

'Kathanayakudu' releases on January 9, while 'Mahanayakudu' arrives on February 9.
