It's known that the Andhra Pradesh government is moving to rename Dr NTR University of Health Sciences as Dr YSR University. Two days ago, Jr NTR joined the Nandamuri family to criticize the move in as non-political terms as he could. "The move is not going to increase YSR's stature, nor is it going to bring down NTR's stature," Tarak tweeted.

On his part, Nandamuri Balakrishna today reacted in vehement terms. His reaction shows that he is agitated over the decision. The 'Akhanda' actor said that NTR denotes not just a person but the Telugu culture and civilization itself. He added that NTR is the Telugu people's 'vennu mukka'.

Balayya then referred to YSR's decision in the mid-2000s to rename the Shamshabad International Airport after Rajiv Gandhi. "And now, his son is renaming a University," the Nata Simha wrote.

Balayya, who is currently doing a film with Gopichand Malineni, slammed the YCP government as a TDP leader. He added that dogs are mocking the disloyal people over the moves of those who are politically thriving because of NTR's magnanimity.
