It's known that Nandamuri Balakrishna recently got operated on his right shoulder by two expert docs.

The news is that he got discharged from Hyderabad's Continental Hospitals on Monday. It was on Saturday that the surgery was performed.

"Dr. Deepthi Nandan Reddy from Continental Hospitals and Pune-based Dr. Ashish Babulkar performed the surgery for 1.5 hours. It was a major one. It was essential to rectify the rotator cuff muscle on the right shoulder," a source says. The 'Jai Simha' actor had suffered an injury during the making of 'Gautamiputra Satakarni'.

Before he starts his political and other works, Balayya will take rest for 5-6 weeks.
