'BAN' to lock horns with 'NPS' a day before

Just till a few hours ago, 'Bharath Ane Nenu' and 'Na Peru Surya' were seemingly out to avoid a big clash this summer. Not any longer.

'Na Peru Surya' will release on April 26. "We are bringing the #NSNI festival one day before," said Bunny Vas earlier on Tuesday.

In minutes, DVV Entertainments decided to release the Mahesh Babu-Koratala Shiva film on the same date, that is, 26th. "On March 27, we will complete the shoot. The film will come out on April 26," the makers have said.

This is unprecedented. It seems wise counsel is something the makers of the two films want to avoid even though they are facing the prospect of Rajinikanth's 'Kaala' eating into their pie.
