'Barfi' in trouble again

Anurag Basu’s film ‘Barfi’ is yet again in news... While earlier it was the allegations that it has copied several classic Hollywood films, this time it’s about the portrayal of a noted person in wrong light..

Majid Youusf Dar, a sports manager and son of Kashmir's football star Mohammad Yousuf, reported to have threatened the makers of ‘Barfi’ for wrongly presenting him in the movie as a bank robber without his consent.

This came as a statement from Dar’s lawyer Abid Banday in a press interview and further said that they are planning to send a legal notice to the producers. He is not an ordinary person... he is a sports icon of the valley, quoted the lawyer.

Starring Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Ileana, ‘Barfi’ is India's official entry at the Oscars next year.
