Bannered under UTV Motion Pictures and directed by Anurag Basu, `Barfii' revolves around Murphy - a deaf and mute guy (Ranbir Kapoor) and a mentally challenged girl (Priyanka Chopra) Ileana D'Cruz plays the role of a narrator in the film.

The music is by Pritam.

The Story Outline

He is cute. He's shrewd. The girls love him. The cops hate him. He can't speak but is always talked about. His naughty antics will make you scream, but he will never listen. Cos he can't! Wait to ride a rollercoaster of emotions with Barfii - the Chalu Chaplin!
