Illegal lover murders beauty parlour girl and throws body into gutter

The body of a 29-year-old woman was found in a gutter in Namakkal and with her jewels untouched and there was also no evidence of rape. The perplexed cops found a frequent caller's name on the dead woman's cellphone and brought him for inquiry where shocking details of crime emerged. According to the investigation, Shobhana married to Senthil had two sons aged eleven and four and was working at a beauty parlour for the past ten years. On that fateful night she had bought sweets and gifts for her son's birthday but missed the last bus home.
Suresh had then taken Shobana on his two-wheeler but on the way the couple had an argument which ended in the man, killing her by scruffing her neck. In his confession Suresh has revealed that he had his borewell office above the beauty parlour in which Shobana worked and they had started an illegal affair six months back and had sex often. The mother of two however allegedly did not like her illegal lover enjoying relationships with several other women and had fights with him regarding that.
On the day of the murder too Shobhana allegedly argued with Suresh to stop seeing other girls and thats when he had hit her but the woman was in such a rage that she tried to take the breath out of him by pressing his neck and when he did the same she had died. The Namakkal police have jailed Suresh and have registered a case while the husband and two sons of Shobhana were in an inconsolable state.
