It's known that 'Bhaagamathie' will be hitting the screens on January 26. Produced by UV Creations in Telugu and Studio Green in Tamil (respectively), the horror-thriller stars Anushka as Chanchala, an IAS officer.

The news is that the makers are planning to release the much-awaited movie in as many as 125 locations (both Telugu and Tamil combined) in the US. This is quite big, considering that the entertainer hardly has a male superstar. The quantum of release just goes to show how important Anushka's stardom is in commercial terms.

Also starring Unni Mukundan, Jayaram, Asha Sharat, Prabhas Sreenu, Murali Sharma and Vidyullkeha Raman among others, it has music by Thaman. It has been directed by G Ashok.
