Reason why Namitha suddenly became dark skinned

A few years back Namitha enjoyed a great run in Kollywood with films opposite Vijay, Ajith, Vijayakanth, Sathyaraj and Sarathkumar among others. Due to her obesity issues the actress went out of the limelight.

Recently the ‘Billa ‘ star has worked hard on her fitness and has reduced close to 25kgs and now looks quite slim. Namitha has bagged the role of an Agori in the Bharath starrer ‘Pottu’ directed by V.C. Vadivudayan which began shooting today. For the role she has gone to Dubai for special makeup to turn her skin dark which will stay on for three months and then return to her normal color. We wish Namitha the very best for her comeback.
