Bharathi in Mollywood

When Mammootty's 'Annan Thampi' was in its planning stage, efforts were made to bring in Bharathi, the latest sensation from Kollywood to do a role in the film. She was supposed to do the role of Kanimozhy which was later done by Lakshmi Rai. But the clash in dates didn't permit the actress to be a part of this mega hit film.
Now Bharathi is finally into Mollywood with the new film 'Aayudham'. She is playing one of the heroines of Suresh Gopi in this movie which is directed by M A Nishad.
The actress who is participating in the schedule which is currently on at the capital city seems to be much impressed by the role that she had in the movie.
For those who still find it hard to refresh their memory, Bharathi was the actress who shoots to fame with the sensational film 'Ammuvagiya Naan' which was a big hit in Tamil Nadu. She played the daring role of a sex worker in this movie which made a reasonable run in Kerala, too.
