Big B set for Telugu remake

Mammootty's recent hit Big B is all set for a remake in Telugu. Rumor mills have it that the producers of the film have sold the rights to the film for an astronomical sum, never heard of in the history of Malayalam cinema.
The Telugu version will feature Shervil Vakil, Pasupathy and Mamta. Mammootty himself is rather popular in Teluguland where his earlier film Samrajyam ran for several weeks. The promoters are looking for a repeat with Big B.
