Big bad rumour on Mahesh Babu's next project!

Media reports coming in on Saturday are saying that the planned Mahesh Babu-Vamshi Paidipally project may have been shut down. The untitled project may have been killed by Mahesh himself.
As per unconfirmed reports, the script of the untitled movie hasn't been to the liking of the 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' actor. He recently conveyed it to the 'Maharshi' director that he can't take it forward.
So far, neither Mahesh's camp, Vamshi nor producer Dil Raju has opened up on the reports.
It has to be seen what will be Mahesh's next project if this has really fallen apart. For him to have a release before mid-2021, he will have to okay a script sooner than later.
