Big B/Small B clash averted

There was an anticipation about Big B and son Abhishek clashing at the box office today with arrival of their 'Zamaanat' and 'Umrao Jaan' respectively. But that has been averted with 'Umrao Jaan' now been the sole release of the week.

After it's release being announced on a multiple occasions, one had hoped that this time around 'Zamaanat' would be coming for sure but that didn't actually happen yet again. Though the film has now been postponed by a further fortnight, one still can't be sure anymore about the film before an announcement in black & white comes in along with the promotion material.

On looking at 17th November being a tentative release date, one feels almost sure that there would be yet another postponement since 'Dhoom 2' releases just a week later, which is bound to eat up any film that releases around it!
