OFFICIAL: Rajith Kumar and Pavan team up for a MOVIE!

Bigg Boss reality show fame Rajith Kumar and Pavan Gino Thomas are teaming up for an upcoming movie titled 'Anjali'. Helmed by Attingal natives Ranjith Pillai and Muhammad Shah, the movie will feature Rajith in the lead role, while Pavan will be essaying an important character. According to the statement unveiled by the makers, the movie will also feature lead stars in Mollywood as part of the star cast. Produced under the banner of Anjali Entertainments, the movie will start rolling from May first week in India and the US.
Recently we had reported that director Alleppey Ashraf had shared his desire to work with Rajith Kumar for a movie titled 'Crazy Task' helmed by a debutant Peckon Ambrose. Touted to be a comedy entertainer, the movie will revolve around three women who escape from a mental hospital. The director has carved a psychiatrist role tailor-made for Dr.Rajith, who is yet to sign the dotted lines. Ashraf and the team are trying their best to get in touch with Rajith Kumar.
Rajith Kumar is a controversial public speaker, who was a popular contestant in the popular reality show Bigg Boss season 2. Rajith, who was a popular contestant in the show, was recently expelled from the reality show for physically attacking a female co-contestant by applying chili on her eyes. Rajith Kumar also made headlines recently after his fans arranged a rousing reception for him at the airport, where heavy restrictions were imposed in the wake of COVID-19 fear. He was taken into police custody and released later.
