The grand finale of 'Bigg Boss Season 5' Tamil hosted by Kamal Haasan was held on January 16th in which Raju Jeyamohan was crowned the title winner and Priyanka VJ the runner up.

Raju's prize money is rupees fifty lakhs and above that he was rumored to have signed up in 'Bigg Boss 5' for a salary of Rs 1.50 lakh a week. So accordingly he was paid Rs 21 lakhs for his 15 weeks stay at the house which means his total earning is likely to be Rs 71 lakhs.

Similarly, Priyanka, who finished second on the Big Boss show, was reportedly paid Rs 2 lakhs a week and her total salary adds up to Rs 30 lakhs as she was on the show for 15 weeks. Both Raju and Priyanka will have to pay a tax of 30 per cent on their total income.
