Soorya Menon, a model, actress, and Bigg Boss Malayalam 3 contestant, is all set to make her Kollywood debut. The actress who has played supporting roles in Malayalam movies will be playing the titular role in the new Tamil movie. Titled Narumugai, the upcoming movie is directed by Jeuspal Shanmughan. Apart from playing the lead role, Soorya is also penning the story and screenplay of this film. Sharing the first look poster of the movie, Soorya announced the project on her social media account.
Model-actress Soorya Menon made headlines during her Bigg Boss stint. The actress was criticized by the netizens for "using love as a strategy to win the show's title". After getting evicted from the show, Sorry also faced severe cyberbullying on social media. However, she strongly reacted to the online abuse.
