The third season of the TV reality show, Bigg Boss, kick-started on June 23 and is being hosted by veteran actor Kamal Haasan for the third consecutive time. The famous "freeze task" that brings in the contestants' family/friends as a sweet surprise for them is going on this week.

Almost all the contestants have had visits from their families, and have gotten their much-needed motivation. Today's episode will feature the entry of Sandy's family, Kavin's friend, and Sherin's family.

Sherin's mother is delighted to meet her daughter after so long and excitedly interacts with the contestants. She jokingly tells Sandy that he tortures Sherin a lot, and calls Tharshan a handsome guy. Meanwhile, Mugen is seen talking to Sherin's friend, when Sherin's mother mocks him, saying Abhirami will scold Mugen if she sees him flirting with another woman.
