Bigg Boss-3 registers massive launch rating

Bigg Boss-3 may have started off on a not-so-high note but the reality show has caught up. "The show got a phenomenal launch rating of 17.9 TRPs which is the highest for the show till date and also makes it the highest till date in terms of GRPs," a source close to Star MAA says.

Hosted by Nagarjuna, the reality show has seen the elimination of Hema and the wild card entry of Tamana Simhadri, a trans woman. Tamana's behaviour in Wednesday's episode has only revved up the viewer's interest.

In the coming weeks, Bigg Boss is expected to make the things all the more interesting. Since this is the third season, the audience need to be given something more so as to sustain the interest.
