Ajith’s forthcoming magnum opus ‘Billa 2’, that’s a prequel to blockbuster ‘Billa’, is taking shape in a fast pace and is gearing up to see a music release in the last week of March. The audio has been reportedly bagged by Sony Music for a whooping price.

The album will have a promotional video song that has become the latest fad that has caught Kollywood. Including this track, there are a total of six songs in this film that has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Music is eagerly awaited as Yuvan’s earlier songs featuring Ajith have all been nothing less than chartbusters.

The film will see Ajith in a younger avatar and will showcase the events that led Ajith in becoming an underworld don. Recently it was buzzed that Nayantara will seen in this film for an item number but sources close to the actress have rubbished these as rumours.

‘Billa 2’ is touted to grace the screens on April 27, as a pre-treat for Ajith’s birthday that falls on May 1.
