Bitten by Rajini bug is Ajith

Ajith is bitten by Rajini bug. The mass hero of Tamil cinema will be playing the title role in Billa 2007. It is the remake of yesteryear Rajini hit Billa. The new version would be directed by director Vishnuvardhan and features Nayantara opposite him.

Meanwhile, veteran director Mahendran's son is planning to remake his father's classic Johnny. The movie featured Rajinikanth and Sridevi in the lead roles.

In the remake version, Ajith is tipped to play the hero.

The script would undergo minor changes to suit Ajith fans, sources close to the director say.

John had earlier directed Vijay for Sachien.
