Superstar Rajinikanth's residence at Chennai, hosted a political guest today. Poonam Mahajan the MP of Mumbai North Central and the President of BJP Yva Morcha met Rajinikanth at the latter's Poes Garden house today.

Poonam is the daughter of late BJP leader Pramod Mahajan. She is also the First woman President of Basketball Federation of India.

Superstar's wife Latha Rajinikanth was also present during the meeting. The young politician was highly impressed with the humility of the couple and she has tweeted that they are one of the most humble couples, she has ever met.

Poonam Mahajan also clarified that her meeting with Rajinikanth was just a courtesy call and there is nothing political about it. She also said her father and Rajinikanth know each other very well.
