The much-anticipated sequel Sardar 2, starring Karthi, is in full swing, and the makers have now released an electrifying three-minute video that has sent fans into a frenzy.

Following the recent teaser release, the new video showcases intense action sequences where Karthi takes on Chinese spies in a gripping stunt scene. Towards the end, a Chinese agent warns him, saying, “This is not the end of the war. A deluge is coming toward your country. All the intelligence agencies of the world are against you—especially the Black Dagger.”

The scene then introduces S.J. Suryah’s character, who delivers a chilling message: “A great war is about to break out. If you can, save your country… and your life!” Karthi responds with a powerful statement: “In our village, they say one thing… after war comes…”—just as the video dramatically cuts off, leaving viewers in suspense.

The high-energy visuals and action-packed sequences have skyrocketed expectations for Sardar 2.

Directed by P.S. Mithran, the film features an ensemble cast, including Karthi, S.J. Suryah, Malavika Mohanan, Ashika Ranganath, Yogi Babu, and Rajisha Vijayan. George Williams handles cinematography, Vijay Velu takes charge of editing, and while Yuvan Shankar Raja was initially expected to compose the music, Sam CS has now been officially confirmed as the film’s music director.
